Classification of emulsion, semi-synthetic cutting fluid and fully synthetic cutting fluid generally depends on the product category base oils. Emulsion is only mineral oil based water-soluble cutting fluid; semi-synthetic cutting fluid is both a mineral oil and chemical synthesis base oil based water-soluble cutting fluid; synthetic cutting fluid is the only use of chemical synthetic base oils (that is excluding mineral oil) water-soluble cutting fluid.
JH-2231 semi-synthetic cutting fluid is environmental which does not contain toxic or harmful substances, such as sulphur, chlorine, sodium nitrite etc. It‘s widely used in machining of black metal such as turning, milling, etc.

Usage and attentions
